As a young boy, Ben's grandfather, also a builder, gave him a hammer beautifully carved with the name "Ben Becker Construction Co.," sealing a fate that would span generations. Ben grew up in the construction industry, learning from his father and grandfather not only the skills of the trade but the profound importance of delivering on his word—a value that defines the company's client relationships today.

After establishing the company in 2012, Ben has grown the Amesbury design-build firm into a well-established operation with a dozen staff members and an impressive network of subcontractors and designers.
